Description of Project:
Restoration of a historic building on the USC campus and home to the new 80,000 SF state-of-the-art facility which includes a two-story museum for USC athletic administration and coaches, an indoor golf driving facility, & is home of the Heisman trophies. Trademark constructed the cast in place planter walls and decorative concrete pedestrian and vehicular paving.

Size in SF (Concrete Surface):
250 LF of Cast in place concrete walls ranging in height from 3' to 7'; 22,000 SF of EcoCast® finish pedestrian and vehicular paving with Baja Red integral color.

Challenges of the Project:
The hardscape design consisted of 5' wide banding throughout the project. The paving at the rear of the building was poured over an existing structural deck with limited access.
