Description of Project:
24-acre site, the new ground-up Kaiser Anaheim Medical Center included a six-story steel frame with slab on deck structure Hospital, a three-story Central Utility Plant, and a Hospital Support Building in combination with a large site improvement scope
Size in SF (Concrete):
The concrete site work consisted of 6700 LF of curb and curb/gutter, 68,800 SF of vehicular concrete paving, (5) water features with over 510 LF of cast in place fountain walls and 3450 SF of fountain basins, 61,000 of uncolored EcoCast® Concrete, 5,200 SF of exposed aggregate paving, and 384 LF of cast in place EcoCast® concrete walls.
Highlights of the Project:
Trademark provided all of the concrete at the exterior of the hospital including the water features, loading dock areas, decorative concrete walls, paving, and stairs, and on-site and off-site concrete street and parking lot improvements.
